Jamie Davis, Esq. is the founder and managing partner of the Phoenix Equity Investment Group, where she provides her clients with specialized tools, strategies, and financial resources to build generational wealth as a passive investor in multifamily real estate (apartment buildings).  

Jamie is a licensed attorney and has worked in Corporate America serving as a real estate attorney and compliance executive for two global Fortune 500 companies for over thirteen years. During that time, her love for entrepreneurship grew, and she realized that if she wanted to build true generational wealth, she needed more financial freedom than her corporate role provided. Thus, she began her multi-streams of income journey. She began a vending machine and micro-market business and within one year, she scaled from two traditional vending machines to over twenty-five vending and micromarket locations. Due to the quick expansion of her vending and micro-market businesses, Jamie began providing insight to others on how to get into the vending industry. She decided to record her experience through her consulting business Miss All About Vending and wrote three e-books. She received an offer that she could not refuse and sold both businesses.

Currently, Jamie has a multifamily portfolio that spans across two states and is worth over $1 million. In the last thirteen years, she has gained extensive experience in commercial real estate and property management, which includes, but not limited to, Airbnb, Section 8, Triple Net Leases, and REITs.
